What is Holistic Telehealth Therapy?
Treatments for the whole you from the comfort of your own home or office space. I am open to working with you online anywhere in Washington state that you can access safe WiFi services with a private space that you are comfortable with. With holistic services I will work on recognizing your feelings, your experiences, your lived circumstances, your somatic (physical body) sensations, and your spirituality (agnostic, atheist, personal beliefs, or organized religion). These intersectionalities help to define personal realities.
Several Evidence Based Therapeutic techniques are used in individual, group or family, and relationship counseling sessions from: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychoeducation, and psychotherapy styles are used in therapy sessions.
Individual Therapy
With a holistic person-centered approach, finding the therapy that helps to answer your questions or improves your ability to process your lived experiences is the main goal of individual therapy sessions. Whether you have questions about changes in your mental health symptoms or you need to work on processing lived experiences, we can work together to find the right skills or psychotherapy techniques that improve your symptom management.
Intake and Diagnosis
One initial session for 50 minutes will provide me with the information to develop a diagnoses and treatment schedule for regular sessions: weekly, biweekly or monthly. Family and relationship sessions focus the diagnosis on one person if using insurance out of net work reimbursement.
Family Therapy
I have worked with groups and family therapy for most of my carrier. Protecting confidential and allowing the improved communication, recognition, representation, and listening skills are important to finding the best ways communications can be received and expressed by all group members. I provide a shared space for everyone to have their moments to express and process stress and personal needs in family and group sessions. I will work with you towards taking the blame out of communication patterns and develop techniques to look for the grace, forgiveness, and accountability in developing shared understanding of personal boundaries and realities’.
Relationship Therapy
Whether you are interested in improving connections between friends, monogamist romantic couples, polyamorous or alternative romantic relationships, communication and boundaries are key to understanding and improving and growing your relationships. Attachment theories and Gottman methods are two of the methods that I use to improve mutual understanding in relationships to work through complicated shared realities.
